If you're a health-conscious person trying to reduce your consumption of pre-packaged foods, don't worry...this totally doesn't count! RTI loaves are jammed with clean, nutrient-dense whole foods, and they are exactly what I would make for myself if I had more time. You know those just-for-fun games where you try to choose only one food or drink live with for the rest of your life? An RTI loaf would do it for me! Veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, and gluten-free whole grains, all in one convenient dish. And you can "nice it up" however you like, with cinnamon, honey, more nuts or fruit! I like to call enjoying an RTI loaf "nutrient-loading" :)
Because we have put an emphasis on natural ingredients with no added sugar or stabilizers, it is important to keep your RTI products refrigerated or frozen. In the freezer, your RTI products will stay as fresh as the day we baked them for up to twelve months (refrigerated will stay fresh up to 10 days). Avoid the sugar and stabilizers and keep it FRESH!
