Because Read the Ingredients only uses real, wholesome ingredients and no preservatives, our protein bars should be stored frozen until ready to consume. Simply remove a bar from your freezer and place it in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. Or, you can take your frozen bar with you and it will thaw quickly at room temperature. Just make sure that you consume your bar within a day or two.
