What makes RTI Loaves and Big Bites different from other nutritional snacks and gluten-free bars on the market?
The biggest differentiator is the low sugar content. While we cater to the market that is very health conscious and may have a restrictive diet (no gluten, no dairy, non-GMO) our calorie to sugar ratio is very low.
How do I eat RTI Loaves?
Read the Ingredients! Cut an opening in the wrapper and place the frozen, wrapped, gluten-free bar in microwave for about 1 minute on high.
However you do it, your loaf will be ready to enjoy at home or on the go, and you’ll know that you are on the right track to a better day and better nutrition!

How do I eat RTI Big Bites?
RTI Big Bites are delicious right out of the freezer, refrigerator, room temperature or warmed in the microwave. Try all of the above and let us know your favorite.
If you are going to warm it in the microwave, cut an opening in the wrapper and place the frozen, wrapped Big Bite(s) in the microwave for 15-30 seconds for one, or 30-45 seconds for two.
Alternatively, Big Bites can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, and they are delicious cool, but not frozen. Lastly, if you like them at room temperature, you can take them with you for the day, and they will thaw quickly. They should not be kept at room temperature for more than 1-2 days.
Whichever way you like to eat the Big Bites, you know you are eating a delicious, nutritionally balanced meal or snack to keep your energy up.

Are RTIs' Loaves gluten-free?
Yes, ALL RTI products are certified gluten-free, and are produced in a commercial kitchen that is certified gluten-free.
Are RTIs' Loaves dairy-free?
Yes, ALL RTI products are dairy-free.
Are RTIs' Loaves organic?
At this time our products are not certified organic. However, many of our ingredients are certified organic as indicated on the package.
Are RTI Loaves and Big Bites vegan?
At this time only one of our products is vegan, and that is the RTI Banana Nut Loaf. Our other products contain eggs.
What kind of protein is in your Loaves and Big Bites?
Our gluten-free bars use a vegan protein that is clean and pure. Currently, we are using a pea protein, but we may use other high-quality vegan proteins in future products.
Do your products contain Soy?
No, they do not contain soy.
Do your products contain peanuts?
We do not have peanuts in our gluten-free bars, however, our products are baked in a facility that does have peanuts on site. We also have tree nuts in our products.
Where do I store my RTI products?
We recommend that your RTI products be stored in the freezer upon receipt. With low sugar, all natural ingredients, and NO additives or preservatives, our products should be kept frozen. They have a shelf life of 3-5 days in ambient temperature, 7-10 days in the refrigerator, and 9-12 months in the freezer.
What do I do when my order arrives?
Your RTI products will have arrived thawed; do not be concerned. They can withstand ambient and variable temperatures for the two days in transit.
We recommend that your RTI products be stored in the freezer upon receipt. With low sugar, all natural ingredients, and NO additives or preservatives, our gluten-free bars should be kept frozen.
Where do you ship?
At this time we ship to any of the 48 contiguous United States and Hawaii. If you want to order from Canada or Alaska, contact us, and we will advise of the extra shipping charge that would apply to your order.
How long does my order take to get to me?
Once you order RTI products, we keep you posted about the timing of shipping and delivery. Our products are shipped cool (not frozen) so we take great care to assure that your order is in transit for no more than 2 days. If you place your order Wednesday through Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday. If you order Monday or Tuesday your order will ship by Wednesday and arrive by Friday of that week.
How does my shipment stay frozen?

How can I get my RTI favorites carried in stores?
After we have been selling direct to you (the consumer) for about 6 months, we will start exploring distribution through retail opportunities. We would love your help to get your favorite RTI products in stores. We encourage you to submit a product request form to your store to let them know you’d like to see RTI products on their shelves — if they know you want it, they’ll want to carry it!
