We couldn’t find great tasting, on-the-go, good-for-you, packaged not processed foods anywhere in the market, so we set out to create them.  Here is how we did just that.

   Let’s start with taste . . . very little or no added processed sugar, whole food ingredients.  Nothing that gives our products a pasty consistency.  Wholesome taste of nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies that make your taste buds smile!

   Convenient, on-the-go . . . with no preservatives, and very low sugar content, our products are kept frozen.  You can grab it on your way out the door and let it thaw during your travels, or give it a quick twirl in your microwave, and have the perfect texture and melding of tastes on your way to wherever your busy life is taking you.

  Good for you . . . uniquely formulated as meals, with the goal of providing a well-rounded balance of macro- and micronutrients, along with a substantial amount of protein and fiber.  Our ingredients are (mostly) organic, healthy whole foods with no damaging, inflammatory agents in order to give your body and mind the best nutrition possible.  They’re packed with necessary micronutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and fatty acids, from fruit, nuts, seeds, oats and quinoa.  We use chia and flaxseed as concentrated omega-3s sources, which can be difficult to get on a standard-American diet.  

  What we left behind for other convenience foods and bars to peddle . . . We never use syrups, gums, or artificial ingredients to stabilize our products.  Unlike bars and quick breakfasts that are too often jam-packed with added refined sugar, we leave the dried fruits that offer no real nutritional value behind.  We believe that with no preservatives, keeping our products frozen is a small price to pay.  Some of our products are vegan, and oh, and by the way, all of our products are certified gluten-free!
