What Makes Our Loaves So Nutritionally Dense?

You might be wondering what is in our Breakfast Loaves that makes them so nutritionally dense. The answer is simple- Read The Ingredients! If you can’t find it fresh in the grocery store, we avoid it! Our loaves are a complete meal in a convenient tidy package for home or on the go, that are all 100% plant-based. Continue reading to learn more about our loaves and just what makes them so unique and nutrition packed.

About our Breakfast Loaves

What makes Read The Ingredients Breakfast Loaves different from other nutritional snacks and gluten-free bars is the low sugar content. Our calorie to sugar ratio is extremely low at no less than 35:1 and we cater to a very health conscious market that may have restrictive diets (no gluten, no dairy, non- GMO). Each loaf contains plant-based protein and 10 grams of fiber, plus important vitamins and minerals such as OMEGA-3 fatty acids, Manganese, and Potassium.

Ingredients

At the heart of our loaves it is the pure clean ingredients that make them as nutritionally dense as they are. We focus on nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and grains in order to deliver the proper micro and macro nutrients in each meal.

Nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pecans, and pistachios add manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, fiber, antioxidants, and healthy fats that can help promote heart, eye, skin, and brain health. Also, nuts can help promote weight loss, and can help lower cholesterol.

Seeds like chia, quinoa, pumpkin, sunflower, flax, and cocoa contain omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, magnesium, manganese, omega-6 fatty acids, Zinc, potassium, and healthy fats. These offer minerals and macronutrients that help control blood sugar levels, help lower cholesterol levels, and help to prevent cancer.

Fruits, vegetables, and grains such as bananas, apples, sweet potato, rolled oats, and pea protein are also important ingredients in our loaves. These ingredients can help prevent cancer, promote digestion, and control blood sugar levels. With vitamin A, manganese, vitamin B6, and protein these ingredients help make our loaves packed with vital aspects of nutrition.
